engage with the great presentations in the Big Marquee or watch the many demonstrations at
the Amphitheatre Stage

cruise the stalls and discover why natural harvest food and eco-friendly everything makes such
a difference to the planet, your body, your soul and your lifestyle!
10.45 am - Official Opening
11am - Start of the main ITR 'Pleasant Sunday Afternoon' programme:

come and have lunch with us today - bring your own rug if you want to - or just sit on the grass!

at 11.00am - be in the Big Marquee Venue to hear our first special guest Karen Montgomery.
Following on at 12.30pm in the Big Marquee will be the amazing Remedy Bliss. A truly amazing
food presenter.

pick up your lunchtime fare from our great range of beautiful fresh, natural harvest foods then relax on the big green and chill out while SKARLET & SERENDIPITY entertain you.

at 2pm - our very special guest for the day - Sophie Thomson - is in the Big Marquee - this is a
'don't miss' part of the day!

at 3pm SERENDIPITY will present their final bracket for the day, and it's a good time for a
healthy afternoon tea break!

and also in and around the wider festival event space!

Pleasant Sunday Afternoon - join us for lunch and music under the big gums at the beautiful and
historic Mt Barker country showground. Come and visit all our exhibitors, see and listen to fascinating
presentations - it's time to relax all over the place as much as you like and just let the day drift....

Karen Montgomery/Big Marquee Venue – is our first special guest presenter in the Big Marquee,
and it's all about natural healthy home-grown foods and how to get your "garden of a better life"
started. This is a real hands-on workshop event presented by local and highly respected writer, teacher
and radio personality Karen Montgomery - a woman with a passion for healthy living with real food
grown in your own edible garden!

Kimberley Douglas/Amphitheatre Stage - Our second special guest presenter is author and radio
personality Kimberley Douglas. Kimberley is an inspiring and vibrant speaker about natural ways to good
health. Kimberley is also founder and CEO of Perfectly Natural, an organisation offering natural
alternatives to some of the most debilitating health challenges that people face today. Kimberley is
also part of 'Corporate Orphan' a great charity working to provide medical supplies for children in need
around the world.

Remedy Bliss/Big Marquee Venue - Our third special guest speaker is South Australia’s ‘first lady’
when it comes to raw foods and nutrition. Well-known for her exceptional 4-hour raw food Master
classes, Remedy delivers with a genuine passion for good health, and clearly, a belief in her work that is
straight from the heart. Remedy’s own style is delightfully down to earth, eco- friendly, factual, and

not without a good dose of humour! Remedy takes you on a special food journey in her classes, with
tantalising tastes as these classes progress, and she will expose you to a completely new way to view
the food we take for granted every day.

program. Sophie will be presenting a fascinating workshop on 'Gardening for health and wellbeing'.
