From time to time we are asked to agree to players being photographed, for example for match reports in the
local papers or the club website. Our Child Protection Policy implementation requires we take steps to
ensure any photographs are used solely for the purpose intended, which is the promotion and celebration of
the activities of the club. Please indicate by ticking the box, if you DO NOT agree for the coach for your

I understand that paying the Annual Membership Fee includes cover under the Rugby Football Union Insurance
Scheme, but neither Winscombe RFC nor any of its members can take responsibility for any injury sustained.
The Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of belongings from Club premises.
We do rely on the help of Parent Volunteers in the smooth running of Club activities. Please tick below
the areas in which you may be able to lend assistance from time to time.

Adult Membership

Vice President fee = £25. As well as supporting the Club this entitles you to apply for international
match tickets and you will also be invited to social lunches which take place during the season. This subscription also includes membership fee of, and allows entry into, the sports club which we use as the WRFC club

equal to or more than the tax reclaimed by Winscombe RFC........ 
