I proclaim I am not aware of any circumstances which would prevent me (my child) from participating in a
recreationally dancing stay at Street Dance Kemp in Jedovnice, Czech Republic, from 5th July to 12th July 2015.
I also give my permission for my son/daughter to take part in Street Dance Kemp.
BINDING RULES OF BEHAVING DURING THE STAY AT SDK EUROPE 2015 IN JEDOVNICE, CZ:
- Each person will hand over this certificate at the registration (those who are under 18, the signature of
legitimate representative)
- Any injury of any importance must be reported immediately to the SDK physician
- You may use official and marked paths or pavements only, please avoid roads
- You should sufficiently drink to avoid dehydration, recommended amount is four liters a day
- When the sun is shining, keep your head covered, especially during workshops
- You are responsible for any damage on a possession of a third person, concluding equipment of a hotel and
other kinds of accommodation, workshop stages, etc. In case of such damage, please report it immediately to a
responsible person
- Watch your valuables and personal belongings, we don’t take responsibility for their loss, so take only
necessary things and try to avoid expensive electronics etc.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO:
- Swim in a lake after 10pm, in case you can’t swim, you must not enter the lake
- Use any kind of drugs or narcotics
- Leave the camp without letting anyone from SDK team know (relates to those under 18)
- Use or manipulate with glass containers and other goods that may hurt someone
- Carry alcohol into the area of SDK
- Set up open fire
- Throw litter or cigarettes endings on the ground – in the whole area will be a sufficient amount of litter baskets
- Use alcohol to person under 18
- Behave aggressively or attack someone – in such situation, you will be asked to leave SDK without
compensation

WORKSHOP RULES
- Each registered dancer will be assigned to a dance group according to the card which he/she has chosen during
the internet registration
- You attend workshops belonging to the group assigned to you at the day of registration
- In case you want to attend another workshop, you must follow two rules:
o You may attend only workshop of the same or lower dance card
o You may enter only after a stage manager allows you to do so! He will decide according to the
capacity of workshop. In case there is still place for you, you must stay in back behind the original
group
- In case of rain on open stages, the workshop may be cancelled, but this decision is upon dancers and the
instructor. In case of cancellation, the workshop shall be substituted later (if the time allows it)
