1st week: Fresh Flowers
2nd week: Preserved Flowers
General information: Class size is limited to 8 students. Classes run through from 9.30 am to 4.30pm.
The Flower School will supply you with everything you need for a memorable day ofcreating beautiful
displays. You will receive all the materials and equipment you need for your floral decorations. We
suggest that you bring a camera with you to record your achievements.
These unique workshops will enable you to discover all your inner artistic abilities., we will teach you all
the techniques you need to work with flowers and other materials in order to express your own ideas and
help you put them into action. Students will have the opportunity to take their work home .
We specialise in training foreign students, especially those from Japan, if you would like to experience
London and learn new skills contact us. Hotel rates are available on request at Red Carnation hotels.
We also provide Floral Design Services for all functions and events.
Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at the time of booking. Bookings made
without a deposit will not be confirmed until payment has been received. The balance is required no later
than four weeks before the course.
Cancellations: as limited places are available, we can only offer a refund of 50% of fees in the event of a
cancelled booking. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 14 days prior to the date of the course. We
will however endeavour to transfer your booking to another date if we receive at least four weeks
notification of your request.

1 day PRIVATE tuition (on request): £350 per day

Day 1 am: Introduction – Familiarisation with the overall concept of flower arrangement and design

Day 2 am: Demonstration of short vase displays

Day 3 am: Introduction to the London flower market , demonstration of tall vase displays

Day 4 am: Introduction of foam table displays

Day 5 am: Demonstration of original party creations with various materials

Preserved flower course content
Day 1 am: Introduction – Familiarisation with the concept of the preserved flowers, presentation of the
different products available
pm: Presentation and familiarisation with the different techniques
Day 2 am: Demonstration of simple preserved designs
pm: Practice
Day 3 am: Demonstration of original designs
pm: Practice
Day 3 and 4: We help and guide you to create your own original designs
