DESIGN AND ACCESS STATEMENT
The application relates to the formation of new window openings at first floor level within the East Stand
Museum area
The enclosures are to be formed in the South and North Gables to the existing East Stand.
The scheme was prepared to address the following design considerations
1. To natural daylight to the Museum floor ara.
Item 1 –To increase the natural lighting to the existing Museum floor area.
The windows will be powder coated aluminium double glazed units to match those already installed within
the East Stand frontage.
