More than 8 reg daily hours exist
In Time Evaluation, all paid regular pay absence and attendance types are
summed and if the number of hours in a day exceeds 8, this message is generated.
This message only appears on days where more than 8 regular hours have been
reported. The accumulator is reset every day.
99
More than 40 reg weekly hours exist
Time Evaluation accumulates all the eligible hours from message 98 for a week.
If the number of hours exceeds 40, this message is generated. This message
appears each time that the threshhold has been passed and continues until the end
of a pay period. The accumulator is reset at the beginning of a new work week.
9A
More than 10 holidays reported
Each occurrence of absence codes 'H' & 'FMH' is accumulated and if the number
exceeds 10, this message is generated. This message only appears on the last day
of a pay period. The accumulator is reset on July 1.
9B
Ovr 10 days of family sick lv taken
All Sick-Family ('SF' & FMSF') hours are accumulated and if the CUL adjusted
total is greater than 80 hours, this message is generated. For example, a 50%
CUL employee is eligible for 40 hours of Sick Family time. In this case, the
message displays when the total exceeds 40 hours. This message only appears on
the last day of a pay period. The accumulator is reset on July 1.
