YARD WASTE DROP-OFF
LOCATION
Colebrookdale Township has an agreement with Hopewell Excavating at 172 Fancy
Hill Road to have a location for all residents to drop-off their YARD waste. Hours of
operation are:
Winter Hours:
Summer Hours:
Nov. – March 7 am thru 6 pm
April – October 7 am thru 8 pm
Hopewell Excavating is located just off of Rte. 562, right before you get to the
Nursery location. Turn left onto Fancy Hill Road; follow the road, approx. 1 mile to
large red barn on the left. Go right into the facility; there is a white building
directly in front of you. Go to the left of the building; you will see signs indicating
where the Colebrookdale drop-off area is located. Drop-off your items in that area
and you may leave the site.

WOOD CHIPS
SMALL STUMPS
GRASS CLIPPINGS
TYPICAL YARD WASTE
CLEAN LUMBER
Here is a list of UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS:





NO PRESSURE TREATED LUMBER
NO PAINTED OR VARNISHED LUMBER
NO RAILROAD TIES OR TELEPHONE POLES
NO PLASTIC OR TRASH OF ANY KIND
NO ROCKS, SOIL, OR EDGINGS MIXED IN WITH THE
WOOD

do not drop off any items that are unacceptable or it will be treated as littering.
