The parties to this agreement upon signing this Agreement bind them to the applicable policy guidelines referred to as PRACTICAL
GUIDELINES APPLICABLE FOR MANAGING APPRENTICESHIPS which is attached hereto.
Attach the following hereto:
i. Complete and submit two originally signed RPL AGREEMENT FOR SECTION 28 EVALUATION (Changes initialled by all parties, no
Tippex used)
ii. Confirm that the candidate comply with one of the following entry requirements (originally signed Company Letterhead):
A. Minimum of 6 (six) years relevant on the job practical experience should the candidate has any other qualification less than N2 trade
related theory
B. Minimum of 5(five) years relevant on the job practical experience and N2 theory.
C. Minimum of 4(four) years relevant on the job practical experience and N2 with a four subjects certificate.(relevant trade theory)
iii. Confirmation from an appropriately qualified service provider that the candidate had been subjected to a practical skills level evaluation to
identify current skills level and further training interventions needed in pursuit of a Qualifying Trade Assessment against the designated trade
iv. Certified copy of the national ID
v. Certified copy of highest qualification or affidavit of highest qualification including a list of subjects
vi. A detailed breakdown reflecting on previous and current practical workplace experience aligned with the designated training schedule
vii .Original signed medical fitness certificates issued by a approved medical practitioner (Annex A)
