For each class (except Class 9) there will be Junior and Senior Sections. £7 members and £8 non-members per class SHOWJUMPING CLASSES START AT 10AM The restrictions applied below relate to placings at open club competitions. Placings at closed club competitions are not counted. Class 1 MAIDEN STAKES: Fences approximately 2’. The Highest placed SDRC member will receive the Mac Trophy. Class 2 NURSERY NOVICE . Fences approximately 2’3”. This Highest Placed SDRC member will receive the Muirlands Shield. Class 3 NOVICE Showjumping Class. Horses/Ponies not to have been placed 1st-3rd on more than 3 occasions in any jumping competition. Fences approximately 2’6”. Highest Placed SDRC Member will receive the Lea Park Trophy. N.B. Horses/Ponies entered in Class 1 may not enter this class. Class 4 INTERMEDIATE; Fences maximum of 2’9”. Horses/Ponies entered in Classes 1 or 2 may not enter this class. Horses/Ponies not to have won more than £25 in any jumping competition. Highest placed SDRC member will receive the MacIntyre Shield Class 5 SMALL OPEN Fences maximum of 3’3”. Horses/Ponies entered in Classes 1 or 2 may not enter this class, Highest placed SDRC member will receive the Bill Millar Memorial Quaich Class 6 OPEN: Fences maximum of 3’6”. Horses/Ponies entered in classes 1, 2 or 3 may not enter this class. Winner will receive the Angus Milling Company Trophy STYLE JUMPING CLASSES START AT 2.30PM (approx.) Class 7 NURSERY NOVICE STYLE JUMPING - Max Height 65cm. Combinations entering this class may not enter Class 9 Class 8 NOVICE STYLE JUMPING - Max Height 75cm Class 9 Fingask Castle/ BHS Scotland Riding Club Style Jumping Series 2015 – Max Height 85cm. Eligibility: Horses must be 4yo or over. No height restrictions. Horses must not have won more than £175 BS or have more than 10 BE points. Riders must be 18yo or older on 1 Jan 2015 and must not have competed in any FEI competition or be an FBHS or have taken their BHSII exams in the last 10 years. Competitors must be properly dressed. Hats complying to EN1384 or PAS 015 are compulsory. Hats with the SEI/ASTM symbol are also acceptable. Hats must be correctly fastened at all times whilst mounted. Failure do to so may result in elimination. To be run under BS rules except where otherwise state. Age to be calculated on the day of the show A horse or pony may only be entered once in a class All horses/ponies must be 4years old and over Competitors must be safely and neatly dressed No sharpened or rowelled spurs No whips to exceed 30” Complaints must be lodged with a deposit of £25 in writing with the Secretary. No complaint will be considered which has not been lodged before the prize giving. Deposit will be returned if the complaint is upheld. The organisers accept no liability for horses, ponies, riders or owners or damage or loss to vehicles or property at the show or in transit The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule without warning or to refuse an entry.
