In my opinion the surgery is excellent. Dr W is by far the best most thorough and competent
I have ever encountered.
Education/information on how the practice operates i.e. Full time Doctors and
availability/general information.
Dr E has been far the best doctor I have had the pleasure of having treatment from.
Very happy with all aspects of the surgery they have all been very helpful.
It’s not always possible to get through by phone unless you have 2 phones on redial, this
seems to be the only way and even then it is never guaranteed.
It is sometimes very difficult to get an appointment here as they could be full or not after
work time. Possibly having a day or two open late for people who work until 6pm or after
Why is it you have to ring at 8.30am if they have no appointments the previous day, then
suddenly – yes we have!
For certain ladies issues I would prefer to see a lady doctor (never had an issue so far, not to
see one though)
I would like to be able to order my tablets and my children’s medication over the phone. It
would be a lot easier if more appointments (ringing on that day) would be available. The line
is almost constantly engaged as everyone is desperately ringing at the same time as
appointments are hard to get.
I always try to see the same doctor so can’t comment personally on other doctors in the
practice. It is sometime difficult to get an appointment with her because I work in
Birmingham and getting early or late appointments can be difficult.
This is a good surgery it has helped me with all of my problems. Dr W is the best doctor and
it is hard to get an appointment with her.
The surgery and staff are always very helpful to ensure my boys and I are seen in a timely
manner. My boys are 3 months and 2 years and I can always get an appointment and be
seen quickly. The one time there were no free appointments the doctor called me to discuss
the symptoms and found a free slot which was very reassuring.
I consider the surgery staff including the doctors to be superb. Cannot fault their service to
patients.
The surgery is top class and very comforting. I cannot fault them from receptionists to
doctors. Well done.
