Louisiana SPCA “Pawty
with the Animals” Contract
The Louisiana SPCA Animal Care & Rescue Center is pleased to offer their Community Education
Room for birthday celebrations! All guests will enjoy a fun and educational hands-on animal
experience, along with the knowledge that they have helped the homeless pets in the community.
Pawtys are for children ages five (5) & up and are limited to 20 guests. Each Pawty requires a
minimum of two (2) adult chaperones. Pawtys are for humans only; please leave your 4-legged
friends at home. Have FUN and leave the set-up and clean-up to us!!
Each “Howling Good Time” Pawty will include:
● A Private Party Room for two (2) hours
● LA/SPCA Membership for Honoree
● Choice of two (2) activities from the activity list
● 12 “Pawty Like An Animal” birthday invitations
● Room Decorations
● LA/SPCA Drawstring Bags for Guests
● Shelter Tour and Presentation
● Shelter Animal Interaction
*NOTE: 10am-12pm timeslot is not available on Sundays
Pawty Costs & Payment
Each two hour Pawty donation is determined by number of attendees. The number of guests is the total
number of children and adults.

$400 – up to 40 guests
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, with the balance due five (5) days prior to the Pawty.

585-797-7542. Three percent of your purchase will be donated to the LA/SPCA.
NOTE: If bringing your own food/beverages, please remember to bring plates, napkins, cups, utensils, ice,
serving dishes and utensils. Guests may bring their own cake and will have access to the room 30 minutes
prior to the party.

The LA/SPCA cannot guarantee additional available party dates if you must reschedule your party after this
contract is signed. Additionally, a $25 re-schedule fee will be charged to any party time or date change once
contract is signed.
Balances not paid five (5) days prior to your party will be subject to a $50 late fee. The $100 deposit is nonrefundable. Receipts available upon request.
