ICOYC 2011 Forum Agenda (updated 27 August 2011) Notes on Bus Transportation Delegates and their spouses/partners staying at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel are offered transportation to and from the conference venues according the scheduled times shown in the agenda below. Because of the tight schedule, buses will leave exactly at the time shown in the agenda. Buses will be available 15 minutes before the departure time at the Seneca Street exit of the hotel for loading. Please be on time. Please note that the buses are only for forum delegates. Members of Seattle Yacht Club and other yacht clubs attending the social events and cruise, but who are not registered conference delegates, are asked not to board the buses because space is limited.
