September 2015 - Lesson 6 Programme
Extending and Enriching your Learning
Dear Student
Please read through all the options carefully, and then complete the form at the back and hand it in to your tutor no later than
Monday 14 September.
Guidance for making your choices:



All students will only be registered for one activity. You may want to do several activities, but you will only be registered for
one. You may choose to go along to extra activities as long as there are places. The teacher in charge of the activity will let you
know.
You will need to fill in all four option choices; as you may not get your first choice, and you may end up with something you do
not want to do.
These activities will be running until Christmas.
Should you need any further guidance please ask your Tutor in the first instance.
Activities open to key Stage 3 Students only
