1. Introduction
The objective of this manual is to guide the business user to register for the services available on
the Public Authority for Social Insurance Internet Portal. This helps the users to create profiles
for the accounts they hold which makes it easier for the user to create new requests and
maintain information through the online portal.
2. Corporate Registration
a. Navigate to the Registration picker page and click for Corporate Registration in Oman.

b. Enter all mandatory details and submit the form.
c. A request ID would be generated on submitting the form.

3. Corporate Registration in GCC
a. Navigate to the Registration picker page and click for Corporate Registration in GCC.
b. Enter all mandatory details and submit the form.
c. A request ID would be generated on submitting the form.

5. Corporate Update
The Corporate user would be able to update Contact Details and Add, Edit and Delete Owner
details. After editing information, a request ID would be generated on submission of the form.
6. Employee Registration in Oman
a. The Corporate User could login using credentials and proceed with Insurer Registration.

b. Click on Employee Registration under Corporate Services
c. The Corporate User has to fill in details and submit form on which a request ID would be
generated.

7. Employee Registration in GCC Countries
a. The Corporate User could login using credentials and proceed with Insurer Registration.
b. Click on Employee Registration under Corporate Services
c. The Corporate User has to fill in details and submit form on which a request ID would be
generated.

8. Employee Registration in Abroad
a. An individual may register on his own by accessing the Internet portal by navigating to the
Registration Picker by clicking on the Register button from the Login webpart.

b. From the Registration Picker the user may select Register in Abroad from the Insurer
Registration section.
c. The user would be redirected to the Insurer Registration abroad form, on submitting details
a request ID would be generated

9. Self Employee Registration
a. An individual may register on his own by accessing the Internet portal by navigating to the
Registration Picker by clicking on the Register button.
b. From the Registration Picker the user may select Register in Abroad from the Insurer
Registration section.

c. The user would be redirected to the Insurer Registration abroad form, on submitting details
a request ID would be generated.

10. Employee Signup
The Employee can also register for accessing profile details by entering details and requesting by
entering the following details and submitting the form. The user would receive the user
credentials on the requested Email address.

11. Employee Resignation
The Corporate user could use the Insurer Resignation service by clicking on the Civil ID Number
from the registered Employees

The details for the selected user is populated and on updating details and submitting request a
request ID would be generated

12. Salary Update

The Corporate User may update salary for Single/Multiple employees by selecting Salary
Update

Enter details and the Insurers letter would be generated which may be downloaded once
the details are updated

Once the request is submitted a request ID would be generated for the same purpose.
13. Bills
The Corporate User may view bill details on clicking the Bill Number

The Detailed Bill report and Summary Report in the Bills menu may be viewed on clicking the
corresponding links.
14. Previous Requests
The Corporate user would be able to view Previous Requests that was placed by clicking on the
corresponding icon.

The user would be redirected to the following page as in the below screenshot. Before, the
request gets approved the user also has an option to Cancel Request raised.

15. Pension Calculator
An individual can navigate to the Pension Calculator to get information on the amount of
Pension, Rewards, Grants and Work Injuries that the user would receive based on certain
criteria’s.
a. From the home page the user may click on the Pension Calculator link under Mostly Used eservices
b. The user would be redirected to the Pension Calculator and on selecting the required values
and entering details the calculated amount may be viewed.

16. Forgot Password
a. If, the user has forgot password to login, the user may request for a new password by
clicking on the Forgot Password link from the Login webpart.
b. Enter details and Reset Password, an email notification would be sent to the requested
Email address.

17. Change Password
a. Login using user credentials, the user may select the Change Password from the login webpart
or from the left menu as displayed.
b. The user would be redirected to the Change Password page and on submitting request an Email
notification would be sent on the requested Email address
