Autum Harman, MSEd, BCBA
Autum Harman is a homegrown
behavior analyst, as she was born
and raised in the Grand Valley. She
has a Master’s in Special Education
emphasis Autism from the
University of Hawaii and is currently
working to complete her
dissertation for her PhD in Applied
Behavior Analysis at The Chicago
School of Professional
Psychology. She is a Board Certified
Behavior
Analyst and has provided both
direct and indirect behavior analytic
services since 2005. Prior to her
position at Firefly Autism West, she
worked as a behavior therapist for
children diagnosed under the
Autism spectrum ages 4-15 in
clients’ homes, within the
community, and within public
schools. She was also a teacher for
children diagnosed with a variety of
disabilities for grades K-5. She has
supervised and assisted in
implementing both academic and
non-academic programs including
behavior management and social
skills. She has recently moved back
to the Grand Valley to use her skills
and education to give back to the
community that raised her.
