Reference or ephemeral material can be disposed of once
administrative use has concluded. A Records Disposal Authorisation
form is not required for reference or ephemeral records.
Travel Applications
Original signed Travel applications must be retained within the
school for 2 years after administrative use has concluded. A Records
Disposal Authorisation form is required to be submitted to request
the disposal of these records.
