Historical Society Committee Report

 The Historical Society has not had a formal meeting however sorting of most recently acquired records
is ongoing. The primary focus has been to cull “nice to have, human interest” files from official
business records for proper disposition.
An additional bin of (pre-2008) records housed with former committee member will be retrieved for
review and disposition.
 Delaware Historical Society – Letter of thanks and membership interest sent. Payment to be
forwarded.
 Research was undertaken to establish an online Archive file. As previously confirmed, minutes and
reports of official business posted through ATAC live into perpetuity. Several sister associations have
established online archives supported by ATAC.

Archival file for website and present to leadership for approval over the next few months.
