Membership Secretary Report 2015 Season
By the end of September we had hit a record number of members at 114. There was an exact 50/50
use of BC and the paper membership form at 57 apiece.
The increased use of BC saw some teething issues in administration particularly relating to payments
and getting the money into the club but this has been ironed out and verified by the Treasurer.
It is my intention to continue using the paper Membership Form for this coming year.
We introduced a 2nd Claim category for the first time this year and this attracted 3 subscriptions.
Interestingly, two previous/ex members and one active within our TT’s but officially racing
elsewhere.
7 families took advantage of the Family subscription and this brought in 5 family juniors in addition
to the 5 individual juniors.
9 ladies, included 3 individuals the remainder being part of a Family sub.
We intend keeping the subscription rates and formats the same for 2016.
