contact before placing a deposit to be certain that the puppy you are interested in is still available and it is
VERY important to me to speak with potential puppy owners to ensure that my puppy is going to the best
suited forever home, I do NOT interrogate, nor do I require references, just a conversation getting to know
a little about you and the home situation (fence, children, other pets) you will provide for your new baby.
Also different puppies require different deposits, example a $600 puppy who is NOT AKC registered may
only require a $200-250 deposit but a $1200 FULL AKC registered puppy MAY or May NOT require half
of the purchase price down. I do update my site fairly quickly when a puppy sales but I would rather
speak with you Live prior to accepting any deposit. Puppies are to be paid in FULL by 8 weeks of age
unless agreed in writing via e-mail. Final payment MUST BE CLEARED at least ONE WEEK BEFORE
PUPPY LEAVES my home or if you are Local you may pay the balance in cash at the scheduled pick-up
date. You are responsible for adding the additional 4% to your paypal payments, these are PAYPALS
FEES, not mine. Please Remember that NO PUPPY IS CONSIDERED SOLD/HELD/PENDING UNTIL

everything we can to ensure your puppy is a healthy happy one. A licensed veterinarian must examine
your puppy within 48 hours, regardless to weekends & holidays. If your veterinarian determines that your
puppy is unfit for purchase this is the option we will provide;

DOG FOR CONGENITAL OR HEREDITARY DISORDERS, IN THE CASE OF SUCH WAIVER, THE
CONSUMER HAS 48 HOURS, THIS DOES NOT EXCLUDE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS, IF YOU
CHOSE TO PICK UP YOUR PUPPY ON A WEEKEND OR DURING A HOLIDAY YOU MAY UTILIZE AN
EMERGENCY/HOSPITAL CLINIC TO GUARENTEE YOUR 48 HOUR WARRANTY AT YOU THE
PURCHASERS/CONSUMERS COST/EXPENSE, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS
INCURRED REGARDLESS OF VETS FINDINGS, IF PUPPY IS FOUND UNSUITABLE FOR SALE DUE
TO CONGENITAL OR HEREDITARY DISORDERS & RETURNED I WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOUR
CHARGES FROM YOUR VETS VISIT. I WILL MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE FOR PUPPY PICK UP
DURING A FEW HOURS 3-4 DAYS EACH WEEK, ALL PUPPIES WILL BE AFTERNOON PICK UP’S
BETWEEN 12pm-2pm or 4:30-8pm, UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL/TEXT. YOU HAVE
RIGHT TO HAVE THE ANIMAL EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN OF YOUR, THE
CONSUMERS/PURCHASERS CHOOSING. IF THE VETERINARIAN CERTIFIES THAT, AT THE TIME
OF SALE THE ANIMAL WAS UNFIT FOR PURCHASE DUE TO CONGENITAL OR HEREDITARY
DISORDER
THE PET DEALER MUST
AFFORD THE CONSUMERS THE RIGHT OF THE FOLLOWING OPTION/S:
THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE ANIMAL AND RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE ANIMAL OF THE
SELLERS/BREEDERS CHOICE OF EQUIVALENT PURCHASE COSTS (perhaps of different
gender/color/size) RELATED TO THE CERTIFICATION THAT THE ANIMAL IS UNFIT,
DOCUMENTATION FROM YOUR VETERINARIAN MUST BE SENT TO ME VIA EMAIL OR CERTIFIED
LETTER WITHIN THE 48 HOUR WINDOW OF GUARENTEE/PUPPY PICK UP. EXAMPLE, YOU TAKE
PUPPY TO VET AT THE 46TH HOUR & FIND PUPPY UNFIT BASED ON ABOVE CONDITIONS YOU
MUST CALL/TEXT/EMAIL ME WITHIN THE NEXT 2 HOURS AND YOU HAVE AN ADDITIONAL 7
DAYS TO PRODUCE VETS DOCUMENTATION VIA E-MAIL ATATCHMENT, CERTIFIED LETTER, IN
PERSON (WITH APPOINTMENT). PUPPY IS GUARENTEED 48 HOURS FROM TIME/DATE OF PICK
UP, IF YOU TAKE PUPPY TO VET & FIND THE PUPPY UNFIT AT THE TIME OF SALE BASED ON
CONGENITAL/HEREDITARY DISORDER IN THE 48 HOURS YOU MUST NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY
(7 DAYS TO PROVIDE PROOF), VIA E-MAIL/TEXT/CALL/CERTIFIED LETTER. IN THE EVENT THAT
NO PUPPY IS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF RETURN THE BUYER/CONSUMER WILL RECEIVE A
REPLACEMENT PUPPY WITHIN A 24 MONTH GUARENTEED WINDOW FROM THE DATE OF
RETURN OF MENTIONED PUPPY & NO LATER, IT IS MY PRIORITY TO REPLACE THE PUPPY AS
SOON AS POSSIBLE, OFTEN PUPPIES HAVE DEPOSITS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING
PREGNANCY CONFIRMATION OF THE BITCH, BUT VIA THIS AGREEMENT THIS CONSUMER OF
RETURNED PUPPY WILL HAVE FIRST AVAILABLE OPTION OF EQUAL VALUE PUPPY AS SOON AS
A LITTER OF PUPPIES IS WHELPED. REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL BE CHOSEN BY MYSELF/THE
SELLER, GENERALLY THE REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL BE THE SAME SEX OF RETURNED
PUPPY. NOT NECESSARILY THE SAME SEX BUT GENERALLY, NOT NECESSARILY THE SAME
COLOR, SIZE OR MARKINGS AS PUPPIES CAN NOT BE DUPLICATED/CLONED. PUPPY SALES
ARE BASED ON BREED, SEX, COLOR, SIZE & MARKINGS, REGISTRY OPTION, YOU WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED TO SWITCH FROM MALE TO FEMALE BUT A POSSIBLE EXCHANGE FROM FEMALE TO
MALE AS MALES ARE GENERALLY AVAILABLE AT A LOWER COST, LESS SOUGHT AFTER &
OFTEN I HAVE MORE MALES IN MY LITTERS. (Male dogs are just as WONDERFUL of companions as
Female dogs and less “Moody”)BEYOND THE 48 HOURS THERE IS NO OTHER GUARENTEE OF
ANY BASED ON FLORIDA LAW, YOU HAVE WAIVED ALL RIGHTS BEYOND THE 48 HOUR
WINDOW OTHER THAN THE ONE YEAR GUARENTEE THAT I OFFER ON YOUR PET FOR HEART
& KIDNEY DEFECTS. I DO NOT guarantee against intestinal worms, parasites, “bite” (under bites, over
shot bites or ANY bite) tail set, that male/female will be able to breed/conceive, free whelp, have both
testicles descended, size/weight, adult coloring/markings, I ONLY GUARENTEE THAT THIS PUPPY
WILL BE A QUALITY PET but not without possible issues that CAN come with ANY PET and may or may
not require veterinarian related cost at your expense.

We guarantee heart or kidney failure up to 1 year of age with an exchange of puppy of equivalent
value in the event of death of the puppy before first birthday Of OUR choosing. You must provide (at
owners expense) to us a letter stating cause of death from attending veterinarian along with a copy of the
necropsy report stating cause of death and tissue studies conducted to determine cause of death. A
blood glucose test must also be done, all at the owner’s expense regardless of final conclusion of puppy's
health determination. If puppy is euthanized for any reason without notifying us first so we have the
chance to try to save puppy, there will be no guarantee of any kind on the puppy. Buyer also agrees that
if they cannot keep the puppy for any reason, the buyer will return puppy to seller at no cost to seller so
that the puppy can be placed in forever home. Buyer will not give or turn in puppy to a rescue or any other
facility. Upon pick up of your puppy the balance is due. If buyer cannot pick up puppy within 2 days of
pick up date stated by breeder and agreed upon by you, buyer will pay a boarding fee of $20 per day. If
after 7 days puppy is not picked up buyer will lose deposit and puppy will be resold and buyer will forfeit
deposit and all monies applied to their chosen puppy. Again this is a non-refundable deposit. Health
guarantee applies ONLY to original purchaser that is listed on this sales contract and is absolutely
nontransferable, THOSE WITH FULL AKC DO INDEED HAVE THE RIGHT TO RE-HOME THEIR
DOG/PUPPY IF THEY SO CHOSE, BUT HEALTH WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED ON FULL AKC
PUPPY IF SOLD/RE-HOMED, as other puppies are NOT to be Re-homed except Back to
beachbumpups.com.. All legal matters must be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bay county Florida. SIZE:
We cannot guarantee the size/weight of the puppy when fully grown. We can only guess the size based
on the parent’s size, past litters and the birth weight of the puppy. Weight is a "Guesstimate" Only. No
Guarantees.
EXCLUSIONS: BUYER MUST KEEP PUPPY ON High quality holistic food or a RAW diet, monthly
heartworm preventative, annual Heartworm test, monthly flea preventative, any reasonable routine care &
age appropriate Vaccines/deworming by a licensed veterinarian, IN ORDER TO KEEP HEALTH
GUARANTEE INTACT. Also NOTE: HERNIAS ARE NOT COVERED EVER UNDER GUARANTEE:
ONLY KIDNEYS & HEART
INGUINAL HERNIAS are prevalent in Shih-tzu & Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. A weak area (hole) in
the inguinal region allows a small amount of fat to pass into a small sac creating a visible "bulge". In male
puppies the fat may pass into the scrotal sac. Small hernias containing only fat do not present a health
hazard. Small hernias generally "close up" with maturity as the muscles surrounding the hole grow
together
UMBILICAL HERNIAS are also prevalent in short faced breeds.
A weak area (hole) in the abdominal wall at the umbilicus allows a small amount of fat to pass into a
pocket under the skin. This creates a small bulge over the "belly button". Very small umbilical hernias
close with maturity. Vets can injects them with iodine under the skin to create a scarring to help close
them faster. Large hernias are surgically closed at neutering/spaying by your vet.
All of my puppies are SOLD to LIVE INDOORS ONLY and any violation of this voids this warranty in its
entirety. If for any reason a puppy that I sold to a "Buyer" breeds one of sold puppy's whether intentionally
or accidently who did not BUY with FULL AKC registration will be in Violation of my Contract & will be
required to return the "purchased dog" to me at their expense and pay beachbumpups.com (Gretta
Griffin) the cost of the "purchased Dog" who was bred & produced Puppies: Example You purchased a
puppy from me for $500 with Limited or No registration and later breed him/her and a litter of 4 puppies
was produced, the Value of each of these puppies is equivalent to $500 (price you paid) TIMES X 4 =
$2000 PLUS the return of "The dog" to me so I can spay/Neuter and re-home to a "Pet Home." UNLESS
FULL AKC is GIVEN DURING THE TIME OF THIS SALE ALL PUPPIES ARE TO BE
SPAYED/NUETERD AND PROOF SENT TO ME BY YOU INCLUDING DOCUMENTS FROM YOUR
VETERINARIAN AS PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER BY THE TIME YOUR PUPPY IS 8 MONTHS OLD.
