Tammy Draper Memorial Livestock Grant This $500 grant is available to 4-H and FFA youth who would like to expand their livestock project beyond their current activities. Money may be spent on something that will help the youth expand or enhance their project. For example: purchase a breeding gilt, attend a livestock judging camp, buy semen for cow herd, etc. Criteria: Youth must show at the current year’s High Plains Livestock Classic in any species. Youth must be age 14 and 18 and a current 4-H or FFA member. Youth must complete the application and be emailed by Monday, May 18, 2015. (You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation, please double-check that your application was received.) A selection committee, comprised of former 4-H and FFA parents, business leaders and livestock enthusiasts, will choose the grant winner. The results will be announced during the 2015 HPLC show.
