Affiliate Training

We are glad you have chosen to become a Next Chapter Book Club (NCBC) Affiliate! This training
will fully equip you to operate an NCBC program in your community. You will receive an extensive
overview of the NCBC model, strategies for engaging book club members with all reading levels, and
the opportunity to participate in an actual book club meeting. In addition to your training packets, you
will receive NCBC tote bags, the NCBC manual, and a starter set of books for your first book club.

Our local airport is Port Columbus Airport (CMH). Please send us your travel itinerary so that we may
coordinate airport pick-up and drop-off if needed. Or you may wish to use a taxi or rental car. Please

If you are driving, you may park in the South Cannon Garage, located at 1640 Cannon Drive. See
http://www.campusparc.com/osu/garages/south-cannon for more information. McCampbell Hall is
directly South of this garage, on the other side of 10th Ave. (Note, we will provide you with an exit
pass so you will not have to pay a parking fee.)
Registration Fee and Payment Options
The fee for this training is $550 per organization. Organizations may register up to six people.
You will be invoiced after the training. You may pay by check or purchase order. Please make
checks payable to Chapters Ahead, Inc. If you are paying by PO, please list the PO number and
relevant contact information below.
