 Informational booths are not allowed to sell any items. Or there will be a vendor fee.

Check In
o Pick up Booth number from Athena Sargeant at the YN CC table before you set up
o 10 x 10 booth space. You will have a designated booth area, it will be marked with your number
o one parking spot per booth, you will be issued a card for your vehicle
o Number must be displayed in plain site
You must provide your own 10 X 10 canopy tent, tables & chairs
Pick up your area when you are done

The YN Cultural Center closes during the parade
There will be port-a-potties on campus
Lock your vehicle doors. Event attendance is high
East Entrance blocked during flag raising

I,__________________ Intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs , executors and
administrators, voluntarily assume all risks of accidents or injuries and release and forever discharge the
Yakama Nation, and the Yakama Nation Cultural Center, their employees, officers, and agents, from any and
all liability for personal injury of property damage of any kind sustained at the Yakama Nation during the
Yakama Nation Cultural Centers 35th Anniversary celebration whether such personal injury or property
damage is caused by the negligence of the sponsors, or their employees, officers, or agents, or otherwise.
I further covenant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Yakama Nation, and the Yakama Nation
Cultural Center, their employees, officers, and agents, from all loss and expense, including, but not limited
to, damages, legal expenses and cost of defense, in any manner arising from my use at the event held June
05, 2015 at the Yakama Nation Cultural Center.
