My name is Robyn Brockman, Currently working as a Dispensary
administrative manager, handling all chronic authorisations, claim queries as
well as securing discounted prices on medications ordered. I am the main
buyer for the Dispensary, OTC & Supplements/vitamin departments.
I have 9 years’ experience in dispensing and have a high item per script
percentage. I display high standards of accurate, and time efficient

I am responsible for all in store promotions and staff training on new product launches as well as

Hired as a pharmacist assistant, promoted to dispensary manager
2010. Responsibilities included:

Consulting with physicians and patients with regard to
medication dosage, drug interactions, disease management,

And potential side effects to prescribed and OTC medication.

Dispense and compound prescriptions and maintain accurate
patient records, dosing information as well as direction for
use. Interacting with medical aids with regard to chronic
authorizations, billing/reimbursement issues.

