VETERINARIAN & WILDLIFE REHABILITATOR
WORKING PARTNERSHIP SURVEY
By Dr. Robert Adamski
PURPOSE: The purpose of this brief survey is to determine the attitude, opinion and viewpoints of wildlife
rehabilitators throughout North America on their relationship with their local veterinarian. I am seeking to
obtain information on both the positive and negative aspects of this working partnership between these two
professions from the rehabilitators’ perspective. The ultimate goal is to strengthen and improve the
coordination between these two professions by alleviating any questions, concerns, miscommunications,
misunderstandings, rumors and grievances amongst the rehabilitator community with the veterinary
profession.
DIRECTIONS: Please answer to the best of your ability the following six (6) questions. The requested
demographic information at the end of the form is optional but would be helpful. If you wish to be
anonymous please leave this section blank. You can write additional comments on the last page of this form
as well as add to your answers for the questions in this survey should you run out of room on the last page
as well. Your honest viewpoints and opinions are sincerely appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to
answer these questions and contribute to the continued improvement of our professions and the wonderful
wildlife we care for. You can return the survey via any of the following methods:
