A. Personal Statement
My work focuses on lymphocyte and cytokine biology, and their roles in immune and inflammatory
responses. My previous work has contributed to understanding the development of T helper
lymphocytes and their function in inflammatory diseases including cancer. Currently, we are working on
the roles of T cell cytokines and their cytokine products in modulation of cancer microenvironment. My
experiences make me suitable for the proposed role.
