Do you want to assist parishes in the formation of disciples? Is helping to form others to the Catholic
faith something that you enjoy? Then the Coordinator, Discipleship Formation and Digital Media may be
right for you! This role will be key to our team's effort in helping parishes understand and communicate
the Gospel message through a formation process, programs, and through digital media. As the
Coordinator, you will be familiar with both the message and the methods of evangelization, provide for
curriculum development, and help parish leadership understand faith formation in the digital age. You
will also help to provide an effective web presence for the Department of Evangelization, integrating
current and developing technology into the mission of evangelization.
You are a great fit for this position if you:
have a love of the Gospel and are a person of visible and demonstrated faith in the Catholic tradition
have an understanding of and experience with current developments in evangelization
have a graduate degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a closely related field
have an ability to design and implement training programs
have an understanding of Whole Community Catechesis
have extensive experience with digital media
can read, write, and speak Spanish on a moderate level
