Spare parts for cash machines should be in stock in unlimited quantities and
for the 7 upcoming years.
Machines withdrawn from branches for servicing purposes are to be replaced for the duration period
of service.
A maintenance report should be provided on regular maintenance
Service provider should be able to upgrade the cash machines to comply with newly issued currency
standards.

Regular maintenance of cash machines should be done 2-4 times in a year in all the branches
throughout Kosova depending on request by bank

Important: Bidders are required to take over the warranty period of the previously purchased cash
machines (33 pieces) during the contracted period whereas each year a certain quantity of
machines will exceed warranty period as per table below.

On 2015 Raiffeisen bank Kosovo is planning to purchase
- 25 Coin Counters
- 40 Money Counting Machines but these figures are only for planning purpose and will not
be a subject to the agreement
