Students will then predict the weight and size of each coin. • Explore- Students will measure and weigh the coins. They will also design a data table and fill it in accordingly. • Explain- Students compare, contrast, and share their findings. • Elaborate- Guide the students in real world connections by explaining the importance of coin size in a vending machine. • Evaluate- Students will revisit their early predictions and compare and contrast their results.
