Once the CO has been received, Ocean Pines General Manager (GM) Bob Thompson and Ocean Pines Board President Tom Terry plan to meet with WC to discuss future plans. New menu items are being added to the current menu. The Fire Department imposed Fire Safety Standards to the first floor bar design to assure safe entry and exit from the space. This necessitated restructuring the original Bar Design. The resulting effort has negatively affected Bar Service in 1st floor Bar area. An outside Bar-b-Que will be available on the Patio Fridays and Saturdays throughout the Summer. 2 (DRAFT) Clubs Advisory Committee Minutes from the July 17, 2014 Meeting Bar food will now be offered to patrons in addition to the Full Menu at both the Tiki Bar and the inside Bar. The price of canned beer will be reduced to $2.50 at the Tiki Bar since Tap Beer is not available there. (The cost of retro-fitting 8 Taps in the Tiki Bar area is $15,000.) Control and management of the invasion of the many flies being experienced in the food areas is still in process. 4. GM Bob Thompson was a late arrival to the meeting. He said that the results of the annual report for Fiscal Year 2014 (June 1, 2013 to May 30, 2014) showed low numbers for the YC due to the expenses required for training purposes. 5.
