Dear Emmaus Preschool Families,
Emmaus After School care currently offers after school care for K-6 in the school gymnasium
every day from 3-6pm. The program is considering offering this service to Preschool and
Prekinder families in 2015.
The exact details such as location and staffing are still to be arranged and will be dependent on
whether there is enough interest in expanding the program to meet the needs of preschool
families.
Fees will be separate from preschool fees and families may be eligible for CCR & CCB. Please
see website for enrolment form and up to date costs. Bookings must be made on a permanent
basis at least 1 week in advance. Due to licencing requirements for preschool age children, we are
unable to accommodate casual bookings.
To assist us in determining whether such a need exists, please indicate days you anticipate will be
required in 2015 and return the slip below to the School Office by Friday 12th December.
You will be contacted prior to the school year starting to advise as to whether this will proceed. If
you have any questions over the holidays, please contact the school office (opening hours) or
