Most Commonly
Asked Question:
Do I have to order my ring now, or can I order it over the summer or in the fall?
Answer:
No, you do not have to order it now, but the sooner you order it the sooner Jostens will have it
ready for you. You may order your ring any time from Jostens. Just call Jostens directly: (714)
751-0260.
Please Note:
You are buying your ring from Jostens, not from Saint Joseph High School. The Jostens
representative will be here on our campus as a convenience to parents and students.
Handbook:
Below is the school ring information from our handbook for your easy reference.
SCHOOL RINGS
Only students attending Saint Joseph High School may purchase school rings. Only school rings made by Jostens or an
approved local jeweler will be presented at the Junior Ring Ceremony. Juniors must seek administrative permission before
purchasing rings by other jewelers. Families who purchase rings from vendors other than Jostens are required to adhere to the
following guidelines in order for the ring to be included in the Junior Ring Ceremony:
The words encircling the stone must read Saint Joseph High School. The word Saint must be spelled, not abbreviated as St.
On one side of the ring, the words Love, Hope, and Zeal must be written in capital letters.
The other side of the ring must include the Saint Joseph Seal with SJ and the fleur-de-lis (See opening pages of this handbook
for sample.).
Students may include on either side of the ring: the year of graduation, a written specific sport, club, or activity, i.e., cheer,
soccer, drama, or the official name of the student.
No names or symbols that are associated with profanity, gang affiliation, or violence are acceptable on any part of the ring or on
the outside or inside inscription.
