SUPPLEMENTARY APPLICATION FORM TO REGISTER FOR FAIR BANDING TEST
ADMISSION TO YEAR 7 IN SEPTEMBER 2016
To parents whose daughter was born on or between 1 September 2004 and 31 August 2005. You need to
complete this form to register your daughter for the Fair Banding Test which all applicants are required to
sit. The completed form should be returned to Norbury Manor Business & Enterprise College by
Friday 16th October 2015 at latest in order for necessary checking to take place. However, forms will
be accepted up to 31st October 2015. No offer of a place at this college will be made on the offer
date unless you complete this form and it is received by the date above.
You must also complete the Common Application Form from your Local Authority.
Applications received after 31st October 2015 cannot be considered until after the offer date
of 1st March 2016. Tests will be held on 11th November 2015.
Every effort will be made to meet your wishes but, inevitably, if applications for this college exceed the
number of places available, it will not be possible to admit all the children and, in this event, the published
criteria for the order of admission will be applied.
