PERMISSION FORM
The undersigned Landowner is interested in having my/our/its property included in the
visual impact assessment being conducted by EBI Consulting (“EBI”) and hereby gives
permission to EBI to enter onto this property on the terms set forth on EBI’s website.
The Landowner understands that EBI will not be able to offer a specific time of day when
we will be on the property and that the Landowner does not need to be present when the
photographs are taken.
EBI will not take photographs from any locations on this property other than from the
exterior of any existing principal structure and EBI’s entry onto the property will be done
in a way that causes the least disruption as possible.
The Landowner understands that, even with this permission, however, if any driveway on
this property is blocked by a located gate, EBI will not proceed onto this property.
