 Supervise overall pharmacy day to day operations (selling, stock management((order
stocks)), regulatory compliance like ((temperature monitoring chart, prescription book,
senior citizen book)) customer service and personnel management.)
 Currently handling 2 branches of The Generics Pharmacy under one branch
owner/manager. Other branch is located at San Jose, San Simon, Pampanga. Monitors day
to day operation of both branches from time to time.
 Processes over-all legal requirements of the drugstore and activities such as application
and renewal of all documents (LTO, FDA, and Sanitary Permit.)
 Executes merchandise display techniques that will boost sales and promotes customer
satisfaction and ensures accurate and prompt dispensing of medicines by the pharmacy
staff at all times. Conducts training to all PA from time to time
 Reads, reviews, interprets and dispense prescriptions and provide medication substitute if
needed and conduct patient counseling.
 Transacts Point of Sale System (POS) transactions.




Makes sure that all health products are following the FIFO policy
Generates/prepares all required reports accurately and on time and submit to the manager
Handle costumer complaints properly. Eliminate negative comments from costumer
