Upon acceptance and completion of : Follow-up on comments and feedback obtained for the First draft of Initial Assessment and Scoping of TEEB Malaysia during consultation/focus-group meetings (further meetings, discussions etc.) (2 working days); Prepare the Final draft Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of the Initial Assessment and Scoping of TEEB Malaysia including recommendation of key biodiversity, ecosystems and ecosystem services under the thematic or sectoral focus and next steps to conduct a comprehensive TEEB Malaysia under the 11th Malaysia Plan (4 working days); Further revision and fine-tuning where necessary/facilitate a focus group workshop/retreat to prepare the policy brief for policy-makers (2 working day). Individual Contractor is responsible for payment of all relevant taxes. UNDP does not accept travel costs exceeding those of most direct route, most economical and restricted economy class ticket. Should the Individual Consultant wishes to travel on a higher class he/she should do so using their own resources. In the case of unforeseeable and additional duty travels required, payment of travel costs including tickets, lodging and terminal expenses should be agreed upon, between UNDP and Individual Consultant, prior to travel and will be reimbursed. Individual Contractor is responsible for his/her own travel arrangement. Any quotation for the daily subsistence allowance (DSA) should not exceed UNDP rate for Kuala Lumpur or Putrajaya for the month of May 2015. Page 3 of 4 ANNEX IV: SELECTION CRITERIA Combined Scoring method – where the qualifications and methodology will be weighted a max of 70%, and combined with the price offer which will be weighted a max of 30%. Method: Cumulative analysis method will be used to evaluate proposals. When using this weighted scoring method, the award of the contract will be made to the individual consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as: Responsive/compliant/acceptable; and Having received the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria specific to the solicitation. Technical Criteria weight: 70%. Financial Criteria weight: 30%. Only candidates obtaining a minimum of 49 points (70%) on technical part will be considered for the Financial Evaluation. Page 4 of 4
