Dear Parents/Carers,
Our choir and Year 6 ballroom groups will be performing at the Combined Schools Music Festival on Tuesday 26
August 2014. The event will take place at Bankstown Sports Club (8 Greenfield Parade Bankstown).
Students need to arrive at the venue by 6.15pm sharp already in costume with hair and make-up done. Please meet Ms Pappas, Ms Lukas and Mrs Mitropoulos at the main entrance. Parents may then collect their children from the same spot once the festival is complete. Parents and friends are able to purchase tickets to see the events.

The groups are required to attend the dress rehearsal during the day. We will be leaving school at 9.00am and returning by 3.00pm. Students will be travelling to and from the venue by bus and will be accompanied by Mrs
Mitropoulos, Ms Lukas and Ms Pappas.
Students should wear their school shorts or tracksuit pants, school t-shirts and jumpers to the rehearsal. If your daughter is in the dance group, please pack the appropriate dance shoes as the venue will not allow performers on stage without appropriate footwear, even for the rehearsal. Please pack recess, lunch and crunch and sip in a small backpack as students will only be able to access vending machines in the auditorium.

Hair & Make-Up Requirements for the evening event - Dance Group Only
 Gel hair back into a secure bun.
 Foundation, light eye-shadow, blush and lipstick. Mascara is optional but not necessary. No nail polish or jewellery please.
