Biography Book Report
Due Date February 18, 2015
For your Biography Book Report Project, you are to read a biography on a
person of your choice. After reading your book, you will be required to complete a
book report form and a “Guess Who?” poster.
Report: For your report, you must include 10 interesting facts about your
person and a summary of what you learned. You must answer the first 5 questions
on the report form and choose 5 others to answer from the suggested list of
questions. You may also use the Internet to research additional facts about your
person, if needed.
Poster: Using your 10 interesting facts, you will also complete a Biography
“Guess Who?” poster that provides clues and a picture of your person, so someone
can guess who your person is. Refer to the detailed explanation and example of the
Biography “Guess Who?” page in this packet.
Please select your book and the complete the enclosed contract by Monday,
January 26, 2015. Your project is due Wednesday, February 18, 2015
