Grand Knight
Wow! What a November! After a fun-filled and very active October.
It was great to see so many Brother Knights and their families at Rotolo's. It
was a chilly night outside but the warmth shared by the brothers made the night a
very pleasant one indeed.
I am continually astounded by the energy and enthusiasm exhibited in this council
and I am so appreciative to all of you for allowing me to serve as your Grand
Knight. If I have one half of the energy I see from you, I will be successful.

Council
Congratulations to a John Vitacca for being chosen as Knight of the Month for his
OUTSTANDING work on setting up a website for our council.
Church
Thanks to those that helped cook at the Military Appreciation Dinner.
By the time you read this newsletter, we will have conducted another Advent
Wreath sale at the Cathedral with a host of volunteers including, Edmond Ducote (
Chairman ), Chad Finn, Jeff Broussard, Chris Davis, Mike Carney, John Vitacca,
Robert Moore, Jeff Dunman, Brock Restovich, Steve Cude & Mike Holbron.
Please pray for Kevin Mues, Martin Aviles-Vasquez and Steven Griego, our
seminarians.
Pray also for Angelus Ceaser, George Moran, Brian Nicolosi and Mel Westerfield.
Family
Congratulations to the Mike & JoEllen Holbron family for being chosen as Family
of the Month.
The Council Christmas Party will take the place of this month's Family Night.
This will be a Potluck Dinner Party. It will be held on Dec 2nd at 6pm in the
Cathedral Grade School Cafeteria. If necessary, we can use the Rectory kitchen
because we will not have the use of the school kitchen. We are asking each knight
to bring something according to the following list:
A - H vegetable dish
I - P
salad or bread
Q - Z dessert
If you would like to participate on our "gift exchange" you will need to bring a
wrapped gift.
Membership
Congratulations to Dennis Berry and Trey Woodham for joining the 1st Degree of
our Order. Congratulations also goes to 10 (ten) of our Knights that went through
the 2nd/3rd degree ceremony held recently in Bossier. They are as follows; Jeff
Broussard, Angelus Ceaser, Jeff Dunman, Brian Landry, Paul Malloy, Brian
Nicolosi, Brock Restovich, Joseph Roe, Dr John Vanchiere and Trey Woodham.
