The first two hundred (200) entrants will be invited to partake in the Sunrise Beach Clear up
in Weston Super Mare on 2nd July (the “Clear Up”). Those who attend the Clear Up will
receive one one (1) ticket to attend the Corona SunSets Festival in Weston Super mare on
5th July 2014 (“Festival”).
Photographic identification will be required at Clean Up and Festival.

Terms and Conditions
Corona Sunrise Save The Beach & SunSets Festival (the “Promotion”)
1. The promoter is AB InBev.(the “Promoter”).
2. Corona Sunrise Save the Beach & SunSets Festival Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to
residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands, the
Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland, who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees, and
their immediate families, of the Promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected
with the Promotion. There are 2 elements to the Prize (as defined below in paragraph 8.
Eligibility to receive the Ticket (as defined in paragraph 8) is conditional upon attendance at
the Clean-up (as defined in paragraph 7).

All participants in this Promotion must be 18 years or over at the date of entry into the
Promotion and agree that they will not knowingly share the link with friends who are below 18
years of age.
4. The promotional period commences at 12.00pm on 27.06.2014 and closes at 6pm 1.07.2014
(the “Promotional Period”).
5. No purchase is necessary for entering into this Promotion. Internet access required. One entry
per person during the Promotional Period.
6. To enter the Promotion, participants should email their completed application form to
volunteering@keepbritaintidy.org. Submission of the application form will be taken as
acceptance of the terms and conditions.

The first 200 people to enter (each a “Winner”)will receive an invite within 24 hours to the
Sunrise Beach Clearup in Weston Super Mare on 2nd July (the “Clear Up”), including full details
of the event. Those who attend the Clean Up will receive a ticket for the SunSets Festival in
Weston Super Mare on 5th July 2014.
The Prizes
8. The prize is comprised of the following:

Attendance at the Clean Up between 5pm and 8pm on 2nd July 2014;
Upon attendance at the Clean Up, One (1) ticket to attend the Corona SunSets Festival
in Weston Super mare on 5th July 2014 (“Ticket”)
(together the Ticket and the Clean-up constitute the “Prize”).
9. Failure to attend the Clean-up will result in forfeiture of any entitlement to receive the
Ticket.
10. There are two hundred (200) Prizes available for two hundred (200) Winners . The Promoter will
require photograph identification to verify all Winners. The Winners will be responsible for their
travel arrangements and any related expenses including (but not limited to) insurance,
accommodation, food and drink. Tickets shall be subject to standard terms of admission to the
event.
General
11. No responsibility can be taken for entries, which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged,
misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
12. By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these
Terms and Conditions and be bound by them and the requirements in any other Promotional
material.
13. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to avoid disappointing participants. The Promoter
gives no warranties on the prizes.
14. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of
circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar
alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the
prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
15. The Winners should not take any action, which is illegal, constitutes a breach of trust or is
otherwise derogatory or defamatory about Corona or any of the Promoter’s brands. The
Promoter reserves the rights to withdraw or claim back the Prizes in part or in whole if the
Winners fail to comply with this requirement or if there is any breach of these Terms and
Conditions.
16. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late or incomplete entries, or any entry that does not
comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including
loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of
the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained, as a result of, or in
connection with this Promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:
i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
ii) the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
iii) any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of
these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss
or damage; and
iv) any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from business losses, and/or losses
to non-consumers and any other third party.
18. Participants agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering
the Promotion any reasonable publicity accompanying and resulting from the Promotion
required, on behalf of the Promoter.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to
exceptional circumstances outside their reasonable control.
20. The Winners’ names can be found by sending an email to volunteering@keepbritaintidy.org
within 3 months of the end of the Promotion Period.
21. The Promoter’s decision will be final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered
into.
22. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and
the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
