By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid entries.

Entry is open to men and women aged 18 and over attending Down Royal Racecourse on Friday, 11th September 2015. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are not permitted to enter the
Promotion.
4.
To enter, you must visit one of the two entry hubs located within the racecourse grounds in the entrance foyer of the Beef or Salmon Suite and the Dark Horse Wine Bar and
Café at Down Royal Racecourse, complete an entry form and pose for a full length photograph
5.
Photographs are the property of the Promoter.

One entry per couple.

From all valid entries, up to 5 semi-finalist couples will be selected by a panel that includes at least one independent member. The entries will be assessed by the panel on the basis of the outfits shown only, looking for those entries who the majority considers in its subjective opinion to be most suitable attire for the occasion and weather.
8.
Semi-finalists will be notified of the fact that they have progressed to that stage by SMS / telephone. The semi-finalists will then be asked to go to an allocated venue on site to meet the judging panel (“Panel Stage”), who will pick a winner from the final 5.

Names of the 5 finalists and selected winner will be announced over the racecourse broadcast system.

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the semi-finalists and winner using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion but accepts no responsibility for entrants who cannot be reached or who fail to collect their messages. If a semi-finalist couple does not attend the Panel Stage, they forfeit the right to a semifinalist position and any right to proceed in the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
12.
The following prize is available to be won: A two night stay at the Galgorm Resort and Spa new Thermal Village at one of the beautifully appointed new guestrooms, a choice of
55 minute treatment with a Cleopatra bath for each guest as well as a three course evening meal for two and seasonal afternoon tea in the stunning conservatory. The winners will also have access to all the Thermal Village facilities for the duration of their stay.

No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, The Promoter reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal or greater value.
14.
If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
15.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17.
All timings are approximate and subject to change due to the nature of the event and weather.
18.
Entrants agree to the use of their name and image, and to take part for free, in any publicity for the Promotion as requested by the Promoter for 12 months following the date of the Promotion.
