FlexGen® Power Systems develops innovative power equipment products for military, oil & gas,
marine, and mining & industrial operations. Our products integrate advanced energy storage
and power conversion technologies to optimize generator performance, reliability, and

Qualifications
As a Project Manager, the ideal candidate will perform in a variety of end-user and client-facing
environments. The solutions we provide our clients range from battlefield power systems to
Megawatt-scale power generation for military and commercial customers. The position
requires an experienced leader to manage project development, milestones, budgets, and
customer expectations for a variety of electrical systems and products. This includes oversight
of engineering project design, installation, testing, validation, and operation of electrical
products in a variety of power and energy management projects. Specific duties include:
sourcing and management of project sub-contractors and support technicians, producing
detailed project timelines and budgets, consistent communication of project status internally
and to customers.
The ideal candidate is also one that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, where
independent critical thinking and quick follow-on execution is highly valued.
Qualifications











3-5 years experience in Industrial/Electrical systems project management
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
3-5 years of proven experience preferred
Excellent MS office skills particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to generate professional project plans in either MS Project or Primavera
preferred
Excellent communication skills, both internal and customer-related
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage 4-5 major projects concurrently
Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days or weekends
Willing to travel locally as well as short deployment to Oil and Gas wells / rig sites
Oil & Gas upstream experience preferred.
Located in Houston
