Demonstrate Novice-Mid to Novice-High proficiency in oral and written presentations… Each day, students will share “el Calendario” for building the daily routine of using the target language. TSW will engage in “Repaso y Prevista”, or a review and preview of skills to come. This Smartboard organizer will consist of five daily questions to be answered individually in each student’s spiral notebook and reviewed as a whole class. This portion of class will provide the participation grade as well as homework. The teacher will implement the mini-lesson to introduce the new learning followed by independent or dynamic grouping practice of the standard/ skill. In closing, the students will share the new learning, struggles and needs for clarification. The students will be able to work collaboratively in developing, editing and revising their personal presentations. En Español, textbook Resource 1.
