The Princess and the Pea is a laughter filled romp with outrageous characters, fun songs, amazing
costumes and lots of audience participation. Meet the royal King Rudolph and Queen Penelope,
who LOVES the color red, the funny Court Jester and pompous Prince Philip as they are introduced
to the unconventional Princess Maude, who is not at all what a "true" Princess should be! After all,
she lives in a swamp and does not like the color red. Plenty of audience interaction and stage

Hello~ I would like to introduce you to A Company of Friends Theatrical Productions.
ACOF is a unique and magical group of professional performers who have been bringing
musical and interactive theatrical productions to libraries, schools and children’s events
since 1999. ACOF is dedicated to spreading the magic of live theatre to children across
Georgia by offering affordable programs that immerse audiences in the wonder that is
theatre. ACOF shows have toured all across Georgia bringing giggles, applause, raves and
appreciation for theatre from North to South.
ACOF has performed for The Spivey Hall Children’s Series, hundreds of Georgia Summer
Reading Programs, Elementary School Arts Events, Library Anniversary Celebrations, Preschools, Summer Camps, Community Events and at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. We
would love to be able to bring our theatre magic to your location this summer with our
2014 offering of the hilarious musical “The Princess and the Pea.”
Our shows play well in any medium to large open space and we are very adaptable.
Shows are geared to ages 5 to 12 years, but older children always have a good time, as
well. We supply fun activity sheets for all children and always stay after the show at least
15-minutes to meet and greet the audience, sign autograph and take pictures.
Please consider making ACOF’s “The Princess and the Pea” part of the Summer Program
at your location. Our booking calendar for 2014 is filling up, but we still have several
open dates in June and early July.
We are also offering a 10% discount for any group who books for the first time with us.
