Sample Letters of Consent Where a party applies to the WAPC to subdivide land or to obtain planning approval in relation to land, the applicant must demonstrate that the landowner/s have granted consented to the application being made. This can be done by asking the landowner to provide a letter of consent. The letter must include the details of the land, the landowner (or landowners if more than one) and contain the signature of each owner.
