LADIES GROUP
This group is for the women only. We will be gathering at various locations in Saskatoon to
enjoy new sights and each others company.
Keri-Lynne and Michelle are volunteering their time to spend with us on
March 12th and 26th AND April 9th and 23rd starting at 1:15 pm.
If you are not already registered you must register for this group by calling Sandy at
384-9333. The size of the group is limited as we will be doing different things around
Saskatoon.

We meet WEDNESDAY at 1:30 March 6TH and 20TH AND April 3rd and 17th
Everything will be provided to make a lap quilt, and we will even sew it for you.

FRIDAY AFTERNOONS AT 1:00 for an hour of
relaxation & fun. Gary will gently guide you
through the movements of Tai Chi. You’ll feel
more relaxed & will be able to breathe better.

We are going to travel by bus to Moose
Jaw on
Tuesday March 5th
Meet at CMHA at 8:30 am as the bus will be
leaving at 9:00.
Once we arrive in Moose Jaw we will go for
lunch at Jade Garden which is a
Chinese Buffet.
After lunch we will go spend some time at
the Spa in Moose Jaw, and leave for home
between 3:00 and 3:30.

Temple Gardens requires that EVERYONE
wears a swimsuit, they will NOT allow
T-shirts or shorts
Please bring your own towels and a bag to
put your wet swimsuits in to travel home.
ART GROUP on SATURDAY

At CMHA
Instruction is provided but we encourage
you to come and work on your own if you
prefer. We have all of the supplies you will
need, and we will even matte and frame
your work.

for 2 games of glow bowling. Wear WHITE & see what happens!!
