Dr. Reinero received her DVM in 1995 from The University of California, Davis, after which she completed a small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship at Texas A&M University. In 1996, she returned to UC Davis to complete a twoyear small animal internal medicine. Dr. Reinero was a clinical instructor on the Internal Medicine Service at UC Davis over the following three years before receiving her Ph.D. in immunology from the school in 2004. She is currently an associate professor and director of the Comparative Internal Medicine Laboratory at the University of Missouri. Dr. Reinero has spoken on respiratory diseases both nationally and internationally and has published more than 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters. Please welcome Dr. Carol Reinero
