Room Temperature Checking
1.
Introduction
This form is used to for the regular checking of room temperature during warmer seasons (e.g. Apr
to Oct). Energy Warden should record the temperature readings at least once a month from the
thermometers installed in the working areas.
2.
Submission
Energy wardens should submit the completed form to EMO at the end of each month between
April and October.
