I understand that ALL participants and their property are subject to search during a school event based on reasonable suspicion or
adequate information that presents risk of injury or disruption to the event. Any student in possession, in the act of distribution, or under
the influence of substances, narcotics, or alcohol will be reported directly to the Police Officer on site. These acts and non-compliance can
result in: removal from premises; police referral; school consequences that can include suspension or expulsion from ACES ECA and
accurate reporting to the visiting guest’s representative high school.

We ask that attendees enter the prom before 7:30 PM or will not be allowed entry. Students cannot depart early from the event without a minimum 24 hours advance notification to
ECA Administration from both parent/guardian of ECA Student Host and Visiting Guest.
