We, the Agro Input Retailers Network (AIRN) supported by the USAID Agro-Inputs Project in Bangladesh (implemented
by CNFA) would like to invite you to take part as a Participant (i.e. availing space in the Fair to make a display) in our First
Agricultural Fair, to be held in Town Hall Ground, Jessore from December 2-4, 2014. The theme of the Fair is: Our
Green Future: Environmentally Sound, Quality Agro-Inputs for Enhanced Food Production.
The purposes of the fair are to:
 Display by domestic and international companies, NGOs, Projects and other participants of quality seed,
fertilizers, crop protection products, aquaculture feed and technologies, animal husbandry feed and technologies,
agro-tech machinery (planting, seeding, seed cleaning, tractors, threshers, sprayers, soil processing, tillage,
sowing, harvesting, irrigation etc.) and services that are environmentally safe and that support enhanced
agricultural, fisheries, and animal husbandry productivity and of state of the art ICT, cash transfer, and financing
mechanisms along with safe grain and food processing, packaging technology, technologies for using solar and
renewable energy, and energy saving lights.
 Attract Fair attendees that include domestic companies’ distributors, wholesalers, retailers, farmers, and other
buyers of products that are state-of-the-art, environmentally sound, and of quality.
 Promote innovation and development in quality seed, fertilizers, aquaculture feed and technologies, animal
husbandry feed and technologies, agro-tech machinery, environmentally sound quality crop protection products,
and soil enhancers, and in ICT, cash transfer, and financing.
 Learn about state-of-the-art products, resources, services and innovation in environmentally healthy agriculture,
fisheries, and animal husbandry.
As an event organizer, LIMRA Trade Fairs & Exhibitions (Pvt) Ltd is responsible to organize the Agricultural Fairon behalf
of the Agro Input Retailers Network (AIRN), supported by the USAID Agro-Inputs Project in Bangladesh (implemented by

space, so please register early to ensure maximum visibility of your products and services.
For any company or organization that wishes to display crop protection products (CPP), please be aware that AIRN –
who is supported by U.S. Government funds – is bound by restrictions and conditions that originate from the U.S
Environmental Protection Agency. Only CPPs containing Active Ingredients that are not on the rejected list may be
displayed in the Fair; please see attached list.
