The flood of in Thailand is because of the Chao Phraya River’s overflow. This river is Thailand’s main river waterway which located in center of the Thailand. However the flood in 2011 is more extreme than former flood which made many people feel anxiety anxious and hopeless unusually. There are two reasons for this flood: natural disaster and man-made disaster. The first natural reason is record-breaking rain. By the end of July, a typhoon named ‘Banyan’ started to blow and since that time it rained continuously without any break for two months. In this period more an increase of 40 percentage of rainfall is was observed. The artificial reason is the lack of supervision. In Thailand there is was a civil war before the heavy rain, so the government cannot manage their flood control project. These two causes make Chao Phraya River overflow and then the place around the river is inundated. When the floor flood is coming comes people think it is a just common flood that would happened for few days and disappear as usual. However few days later, the sky was still filled with dark clouds keep black, the Sun never come came out, and it rained all the times. These situations make people get worried and become depression depressed. More days later, the water level at the river comes high rose and black waters get faster. These phenomena are the symptom signs of flood but the government did not announce to the people, so when the flood get started people did were not prepared for the disaster and then they get panicked. The unusual heavy flood in Thailand makes made many people get depression depressed and ruins ruined all the many things in that country. It is a serious damage for other countries all over the world especially in the field of IT. Therefore, people who live all around the world should help this country to overcome this disaster. *** The candidate was able to give a good account of the flood that took place in a particular country.
